Wild Lucille is a leading provider of original and unique graphic tees, apparel, and gift items for women (and owned by women!). Based out of Utah, known as "the crossroads of the West", where we blend the trends of the West with the modern/retro look of today to create and design our apparel. You'll find Western-inspired, Retro-inspired, and and modern vibes, sometimes all on the same fabulous graphic tee.
At Wild Lucille Apparel, designs are artisan original graphics printed on high quality apparel, DTG ink printed for best quality and non-crack/non-fade. We operate a wholesale-only business, to qualified retailers so that we can better serve the needs of our boutique-owner friends like you!
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR WHOLESALE PRICING?
We limit our wholesale accounts to boutiques and stores with a brick-and-mortar location, mobile or vendor events, or a working valid website (brick and mortar = a physical store, not your home. Website = your own url, not a fb group only).
And importantly, you must have a valid tax id for your state.
OPENING ORDERS and ORDERING
Our opening order requirement is $100 mix/match with our convenient open-pack sizing.
Orders are accepted via our website or any of our Wholesale Platforms.
TERRITORY/EXCLUSIVITY PROTECTION
Because we have such a variety of products and designs, are still a small company with a smaller reach, and the task of monitoring is difficult, please understand that we don't actively territory protect. However, if there is a specific concern feel free to make us aware.
TURN AROUND TIME
Our aim is always to ship as quickly as possible, but please allow us 2 weeks (10-14 business days) for your order to ship. Most orders ship via FedEx or USPS, and you'll receive tracking info automatically.
SHIPPING
Domestic shipping costs will be shown at checkout and paid when your order is submitted.
We love to ship our product to foreign countries (Australia, Canada, Europe/UK) and we'll determine your ship cost after your order is placed based on weight, size, and destination. A separate invoice for shipping costs will be sent with the option of proceeding or cancelling with a refund.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required before we process or ship orders. We provide secure checkout with credit card or debit card, Paypal, or Sezzle (spread your payments out into 4 payments, no interest).
CANCELLATIONS
Please contact me with any cancellations within 24 hours. But with that said, please make sure your order is correct before hitting submit as changes can sometimes create a bit of chaos in our production routine.
Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee.
MSRP and MAP Pricing
Suggested MSRP is 2.5x our wholesale cost. You are free to price your products how you choose, but be aware that we have MAP pricing set at $24 for tees/tanks unless on a temporary promotion or clearance.
IMAGES
Please feel free to use our photos to sell Wild Lucille produced merchandise. All other use is strictly prohibited. Most come with our watermark and logo, and feel free to add yours also!
DEFECTS OR DAMAGES
We pride ourselves in quality printing, original graphics, and great products. Please inspect your shipment upon its arrival. Occasionally there could be a flaw in printing or on the item that is missed. If you find anything in error with your order, don't hesitate to reach out to Sandy@WildLucille.com within 5 days of receipt.
RETURNS
No returns or exchanges, with the exceptions noted above.
COPYRIGHTS and a note to potential copiers
Designs may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used in any illegal activity. Wild Lucille/Lucille Bird & Co designs original and are the intellectual property of Wild Lucille/Sandy Dougall. Copyright infringement can be expensive for you, just don't do it. Any company or individual that copies Wild Lucille/Lucille Bird & Co designs can expect to receive a cease and desist order.
